This is a web interface for KEGGprofile package (version 1.7.6), which provided an easy and automatic pipeline for analyze and visualization for multi-types and multi-groups expression data in KEGG pathway. You can use KEGGprofile with four steps: (1) Load Data; (2) ID Converter; (3) Enrichment and Correlation Analysis; (4) Pathway Expression Visualization.

If you are familar with R language, you can also install the latest KEGGprofile package from Bioconductor or Github and use it in R.
