Phase I two-stage mTPI design

Two-stage mTPI design is for lower target toxicity rate.
      1. Decision Table:
Two decision tables are generated based on marginal beta distribution.
The first table is generated based on the beta distribution of severe toxicity probability.
The second table is generated based on the beta distribution of mild/moderate toxicity probability
Sample size (N) is the total number of sample
Target severe toxicity rate is an upper threshold for the probability of severe toxicity at MTD
Target mild/moderate toxicity rate is an upper threshold for the probability of mild/moderate toxicity at MTD
      2. Find the MTD (Maximum Tolerated Dose):
When the trials are finished, the pool adjacent violators algorithm (pava) are used to find the MTD
Input the number of severe toxicity patients and the number of treated patients at each dose except for unacceptable dose level
as well as target toxicity rate

First Stage mTPI Design

Please record all toxicity outcome (no toxicity, mild/morderate toxicity as well as severe toxicity) for each dose.

Second Stage mTPI Design

Please update all toxicity outcome (no toxicity, mild/morderate toxicity as well as severe toxicity) for each dose.
